Well, I haven't ranked, cause of time restraints. Also because of tribunal.

But yeah, so much missing from OCE servers. Tribunal, dominion and TT is only out on weekends.

I didn't buy Ziggs or pool party skin, so it was good for me. And Dreadknight Garen is available to all, not just NE lol.
OCE Riot needs to step up in their work.
