In a bad mood, one might find their anger physically manifested in front of them. In a good mood, the illusions would most likely be happy ones. Its like dreaming, but it's an illusion appearing before you, and depending on the strength of the halucinogenic, they can be incredibly dangerous to use. It's impossible to choose what illusions are caused, however, any person being interrogated by Magnus would most likely see their fears manifested before them.
