if you have never started one then we all think that, to this day I still think of myself as horrible GM. As GM you will have to deal with that, normally if you remove it before it spreads the RP will live. My example had a GM who was for the most part never there and that is why it fell apart. In the end if you want to run something you are going to have to dive in head first. Still to this day I have never completed a group RP, I have completed 3-4 one on one RP's though.
