Just like their first encounter, Kaika was flooded with those comforting and excited feelings, the amount of it was enough to almost make her forget about the doubts and troubles she had. For that moment of hugs, Kaika had a slight smile on her face, but even with the immense amount of happiness shared between them, Kaika deeply knew that her own smile to the girl was all a facade. A dreadfully painful facade to pull off. After letting the moments of happiness sink in, Kaika slowly inches towards the portal that would lead her back to Stein, Sota, and Hiro.
