Low-to-Mid level folks are less OP than High Tier characters. Previous MV's ran well off them(low-to-mid). As ASTA said [b]Most of the arguments in this OOC that I've witnessed thus far have been over questionable, implausible or downright power-gamey attacks and maneuvers enacted by several participants in this thread[/b], by my reckoning, these have come from primarily the higher tier folks.

HT is a lot harder to manage, because it opens up a wide scope, but low-to-mid, have a smaller range and are easily fixed. If you folks want to continue on with high powered folks, then by all means, but from what I've seen that's where most of, if not all, the arguments tend to range from. Feel free to point me in the direction where this hasn't been the case.

You are right, it won't stop metagaming, but it'll make it a lot easier to manage, I believe, in some cases.
