Hate to be a bother, but could someone define "High Casual" for me as it pertains to this game? What's the average post length expected and what's the minimum length we can get away with without receiving a slap on the hand?

This seems like it could be really awesome, but I wanna make sure I can keep up with the game's standards before asking to join.
