I'd be early to mid 1900's British Empire. The good of the British Empire with automatic weapons and tanks. Huzzah!

Or Rome, because they were one of the first western empires and had near unmatched discipline and culture. Not only that, but (Correct me if I am wrong) I think they are the longest lived Empire in history, starting somewhere around 600 BC and lasting until 1500's (The eastern roman empire became the byzantine empire) That out matches the British 400 or so (Although one could argue the British and French Empires still exists, since they does do a few overseas territories, some of which could be quite useful. Since France is moving to directly incorporate them into the nation of France though, the French territories will become more like Hawaii and less like a territory)

Or, I would be the empire from star wars, because star destroyers and storm troopers are great and I love the uniforms (Ik the uniforms are nazi based, but the nazi's were snappy dressers even if they were bastards xD)
