Plans for extradimensional colonization are canceled due to potential danger.

Expansion beyond the Local Group is being considered now with all the nations occupying a large part of it, and with the extradimensional project cancelled. Position will be at the Virgo Cluster, and reaching it means reaching the predecessor galaxies of all the ellipticals before collision.
