Mutated Power: Alan was not only mutated at birth, but also has one of the more severe mutations. Alan has insect-like attributes that include an exoskeleton giving his body light protection, although it does make his movements seem unnatural compared to other people, and large retractable mandibles in addition to his mouth. Most of the time he somehow manages to cover his mandibles with the bandana her wears on his face. His mutation has also affected his psyche, causing him to think like an insect and have a lesser grip on his humanity
