Avery Colt was driving down the dark high way, the radio off. She couldn't turn it on, hadn't been able to for six months. That when she had lost dad. She planned the night in her head every time she was alone, which was all the time now. They had been hunting a Siren...no it was a banshee. They were in the motel room after they had hunted the thing, Avery cleaning the blood off of her leather jacket. Her dad yelled his was going to get some food and he said he loved her. She had thought that was odd. She walked out of the bathroom and all his gear was gone. She ran outside and the mustang was still there, but his set of keys were in the room. Gone without a trace. Six months later Avery was hunting on her own, looking for any leads on her father and why he just left, and what was happening. Things had gotten more busy and she knew something big was coming. Her phone went off and she hit the Bluetooth and said "Colt here, speak" "Hey kiddo its Dante. No leads on your dad just yet but I did get a lead on your families first Colt pistol. Interested?" Avery smiled slightly and said "I'm interested" Dante chuckled and said "A set of hunter brothers picked it up a few months back. Got word one of them is in Saint Paul...right by where you are at. Maybe you might be able to get a lead on your dad by talking to this guy." Avery was already turning on her GPS and said "I'm a couple hours away. You meeting me there?" "No, I got a demon tailing me at the moment. I'll meet up with you later. Call me when you got something" He hung up and Avery sighed. Silence filled the car again. About a three hours later Ave pulled into the parking lot of the local haunted caves. She had a feeling if a hunter was somewhere, it would be here. She jumped out, her pair of colts resting in their holders on her sides. She walked up to the caves when she heard shots. She didn't flinch. She knew the difference between ghost shots and real ones. "Got ya" She headed that way when suddenly she was hit hard from behind and she hit the ground, blood running down her cheek. She cursed and rolled over to see a old school mobster standing over her, a gun pointed at her. She cursed again, feeling the blood run down her cheek. "Well, hello there buddy...can I help you?" SHe said, knowing she was in trouble
