Shortly after Watson had left to bring Kijani back to her dorm, Anthony decides to go to bed. "While I would love to go over the details again, being tired tomorrow won't benefit anyone except my father," he thinks before turning in for the night. In the morning, Anthony showers and dresses in a suit, as usual, before driving to school. While he drives, his mind drifts back to the armored truck he had seen leaving the Academy the previous day. "The Abomination's child would certainly be useful. Perhaps Christmas has come early?" Once he arrives at school, Anthony heads directly for the cafeteria, passing Katherine on the way. While walking past her, he glances at her clothes and haircut before saying, "You look marvelous," and continuing on his way. Knowing that he had taken longer than usual to arrive, Anthony simply grabs an apple, a knife, and a small container of peanut butter. He sticks his quick breakfast in a paper bag, then walks to the boys' locker room where he hurriedly changes into gym clothes. Now wearing the proper attire, Anthony finally arrives in the gymnasium and finds a place to sit on the bleachers. While waiting for Professor McCoy to show up, Anthony cuts the apples into slices and dips them in peanut butter before eating them. Ben's arm slams down on his alarm as it jerks him from his sleep, crushing the clock. He sits up and realizes that he had fallen asleep while poring over the extensive file on Toxin that Flood had given him. "I don't know who the bigger lunatic is. Flood, or the idiot that hired him to work for S.H.I.E.L.D." He grumbles while gathering up the papers and shoving them under his bed, allowing them to mingle with the newspaper articles about Ben's victims. After matters of personal hygiene were taken care of, Ben dresses in khaki shorts and a purple V-neck T-shirt, then leaps out of his dorm window, tennis shoes in hand. While falling to the ground, he slips the shoes on before landing lightly on his toes. His suit, usually ever present, was hidden in his room. Ben leisurely walks toward the cafeteria and accepts a seafood omelet from Gambit before sitting at an empty table. John yawns loudly as he slowly leaves the land of dreams filled with women, money, and motorcycle races. After showering, he slips on jeans and a t-shirt, then leaves his room. Halfway to the weight room, he changes course and makes his way to the cafeteria instead, "Better save my strength for Bane's class," he thinks.
