Powers: Maxine, thanks to her father, possesses the proportionate powers of a spider. The powers granted due to the blood running through her veins granted her superhuman strength, speed, toughened flesh, and numerous arachnid-like abilities. Her powers include: 
• Wall-Crawling: Maxine's natural ability inherited from her father allows her to mentally control the flux of inter-atomic attraction (electrostatic force) between molecular boundary layers. This overcomes the outer electron shell's normal behavior of mutual repulsion with other outer electron shells and permits the tremendous potential for electron attraction to prevail. The mentally controlled sub-atomic particle responsible for this has yet to be identified. This ability to affect the attraction between surfaces is so far limited to Spider-Man's body (especially concentrated in his hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger. Long story short she can make things stick to her anywhere on her body, but it is mostly focused in her hands and feet.
• Superhuman Strength: Maxine possesses superhuman strength enabling her to press lift many tons. This ability is far stronger than her brother's.
• Superhuman Speed: Maxine is capable of running and moving at speeds that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
• Superhuman Stamina: Maxine's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows her to exert herself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair her.
• Superhuman Durability: Maxine's body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. Her body is more resistant to impact forces than anything else. She can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a height of several stories or being struck by an opponent with super strength, that would severely injure or kill a normal human.
• Superhuman Agility: Maxine's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spidergirl is extraordinarily limber and her tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength.
• Superhuman Equilibrium: Maxine possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. She seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables her to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
• Superhuman Reflexes: Maxine's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 40 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with her spider-sense, the speed of her reflexes allows her to dodge almost any attack, or even gunfire, if she is far enough away. 
• Regenerative Healing Factor: Maxine has a limited healing factor. While not on someone of say Wolverine's level, it is sufficiently powerful enough to recover from severe injuries from broken bones and large amounts of tissue damage in a matter of days. The severity of the injury determines how long til she heals.
• Foreign Chemical Resistance: Due to hier accelerated metabolism, Spidergirl has a higher tolerance for drugs and diseases than normal humans, and she can recover from the effects of illness of doses administered relatively quickly. Of course, the size of said dose or severity of illness does determine how long it may take to recover. 
• Spider-Sense: Spidergirl possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns her of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of her skull, and links with her superhuman kinesthetics, enabling her to evade most any injuries, unless she cognitively overrides her automatic reflexes. The precise nature of this sense is unknown. It appears to be a simultaneous clairvoyant response to a wide variety of phenomena (everything from falling safes to speeding bullets to thrown punches), which has given several hundredths of a second warning, which is sufficient time for her reflexes to allow her to avoid injury. 
• Radio Frequency Detection: The spider-sense also enables her to track certain radio frequencies, which she discovered she could use to her advantage via her Spider-Tracers.
•Organic Web: Maxine can shoot organic web, unlike her father and brother, who require web shooters.

History: Around the time Peter and Mary Jane were 35, he'd gotten her pregnant with the twins. When this happened, he'd settled down his lifestyle to raise them with her. They were only expecting one baby at first, but when they discovered it was two, they were twice as excited. The day the twins were born was the happiest day of Peter's life; He'd insisted on naming Maxine all himself. So, he'd given her the middle names Felicia and May after his aunt and one of his colleagues. And her first name after Gwen Stacy, Peter's first girlfriend who sadly lost her life. MJ had asked why he didn't name her Gwen, but he'd brushed it off and insisted on Maxine, or simply, Max. Her earlier years were very hectic for their parents; her powers had come in at a young age and she was able to easily crawl up walls and sometimes even shoot webs by accident, as well as lift objects with ease. It was her powers who had shown before her brother, however, he began to speak first and showed intelligence that exceeded hers even when they were toddlers. During their first year of high school, her brother was the first to suggest the Spider-Man role. She'd insisted she do it as well, and so the two took on the job... much to the dislike of their parents. She was initially skeptical, despite being the more daring of the two, but had decided to join in. Her brother was always the voice of reason and the one who planned it all, so she often felt inadequate. (work in progress)

Skills: Martial Artist - She's trained in various martial arts. In her younger years, she took classes until she'd left home, and then once she had a need to protect herself, she sought out a way to learn more.
Acrobat - As before, she was taught at a young age and then as she grew older, decided to further develop this skill. Not only for self protection, but for personal enjoyment, as well.
Aerialist - Due to her desire to create a better version of the Falcon wings, she's had to undergo a lot of self training/practice and trial and error, which has led her to become a skilled aerialist. Not yet exceeding that of Sam Wilson, but is certainly talented in the art of flying.

History: Beatrice was born in New York City. She was the only child to her single mother, who in her younger years, was raised at a circus, being one of the main acrobats. This is what made her put Beatrice into martial arts and other classes, as she had fun with it in her youth and Beatrice did as well. She and her mother lived in a small apartment in the bad side of town, where Beatrice always took interest in the heroes on her TV screen. It always made her wish she could be out there like them, instead of cooped up in a small apartment. Her mother over worked herself just so they could get by, so Beatrice mostly lived alone. In this time, she would wander the neighborhood stealing small scraps of metal and tools and even attempt at stealing cellphones and computers. Outside in the alleyway, she'd built herself a small room with her computers and electronics hidden in one of the buildings, where she took things apart and built other things, all while making sure she was back inside before her mother came home. But unfortunately, one day, her mother truly had overworked herself and had a heart attack on her way home. This left Beatrice in the custody of her father, who beat and abused her, so she'd not dealt with it long and ran away from home with what little she had. Though she was only eleven at the time, Beatrice kept herself alive, even through the harsh winters that could plague New York. The older she got, the more bored she got and so the more her small room hidden by the buildings grew. She'd ran a cord into the apartments above to get electricity, and had worked night and day to build small gadgets and set her mind on someday making big ones, too. But supplies to build didn't just appear, and Beatrice had a reputation for stealing metal, tools, and electronics from around the area of town she stayed near. If she hadn't hacked into the street cameras, she'd probably have been easily caught, and she was also good at leading them off her trail. But after one slip up, she'd ended up arrested, but was surprisingly seen by SHIELD, who offered to take her in... and if not, she'd go to jail. Naturally, she accepted.
