- Yes, senseis are allowed. I think we may need two, if I go with the 4 genin a squad deal. One for each squad. And yes, bloodlines and clans outside of Konoha is allowed as well. Dblade, as long as you don't go OP with the hard-beetle armor thing, then I do not mind that type of character. Oh, and custom jutsu/clans are available, as I plan to implement my own custom-made jutsu (They will be already inscribed into jutsu scrolls of course. Kurai won't be creating them.). Oh, and custom clans are available as long as you allow me to go over them if they have a Kekkai Genkai.
