That's basically my biggest issue at the moment. I have no clue why a near-unreachable civilization on a completely separate continent (if you could call Pyandonea that) would exit their 5,000 year isolation and suddenly try to immerse themselves in the local politics. I have no lack of ideas for Pyandonea itself, but justifying their sudden interest in Tamriel in some believable manner is proving difficult.
