Magical Studies Report No. 49599 With the extensive applications of magical energies on various races, dependence on this exotic-natured energy is rapidly increasing as time moves forward. There are obviously, of course, benefits and dangers to such power, but an additional danger theorized on this paper could significantly change the views of this state of energy. In magic-gifted species, the mental capacities have been shown to be significantly increased through the gradual interaction of this energy and the neural cells within the brain. Thus, most species with this certain ability is known to be more technologically advanced than civilizations that are unable to harness magical energies and the like, if the time they have achieved sentience is at least close or equal to each other. Alongside that, since neural cells are one of the main influences in magical development, the symbiotic interaction between thought and power results in a continuously accelerating process of evolution, unknown whether controllable or not. Further studies reveal that if the day comes that every generation a new higher form of species appear out of evolution which may possibly happen sooner than thought. While initially thought to be good news, it is theorized that there might be a time when sooner or later a certain species could evolve into a god race, as with what happened presumably with Retsukuu, and then two disastrous outcomes would result, ranging in a timeline of less than 200 years to 3 billion: 1. Complete Universal War- God Race A begins a colossal-scale war against God Race B, and possibly many other G.Rs. Depending on the degree of power used, the resulting destruction will end up in the universe becoming a desolate, lifeless place. 2. Magi's Nemesis - If peace is kept, all G.Rs may eventually and inevitably lose hold of their power and release huge amounts of matter, possibly in the absurd yet theoretically likely estimate of dwarf to average-size galaxies, which may end up in generating enough mass to coalesce into a hyperdense object equivalent to a black hole of colossal sizes, which will then suck in all the galaxies in the universe, faster than the universe's expansion rate. The only options would be either to hope that this report stays as a theory, or completely outlaw and purge all magic within lifeforms known to use it.
