The doors squeaked and clattered behind Davina upon her entry to the ‘Vampire Crimes’ department of the RBUC headquarters. An absolute masterpiece of architectural warfare against Super Natural beings, the stone brick walls laced with garlic and wolfs bane, and even some traces of the more potent but ever more expensive options such as silver and holy water, in such a way that on the surface the bricks would not either beings but if they dug a little deeper. She smiled at the thought of this building’s ability to be used as a stronghold as well as a prison against the Supernatural, she very much liked assets with multiple uses. Continuing her stroll down the aisles of many desks and mountains of paper Davina looked down at the newly acquired letter in her hand. It was simply addressed by the name of the leader of RBUC and had been handed to her by a rather pasty looking individual as she was about to enter the building stating that it was of the upmost importance. Turning over the envelope she examined the wax seal bearing the Desmodontinae mark, while she didn’t hate Vampires she certainly didn’t find them appealing. Slipping the letter onto a desk, currently empty apart from a number of files the owner of the desk had left till they next had the strength to confront them, Davina walked a little taller with triumph. She knew that letters from the more prestigious clans were to be handed directly to the leaders of departments but that rarely stopped her from at least trying to postpone the release of a murdering Vampire, if they didn’t like being held captive then they shouldn’t have committed a crime. Adjusting the other files in her arms Davina rounded a corner and nearly walked into, who would’ve guessed it, the back of James Gunhammer. “Oh my!” Davina exclaimed keeping a firm grip on the files, she had already made a fool of herself and did not wish to continue. “I am so sorry, I didn’t see you there.”
