The funny part is, how rarely you see a force user actually use the force for guidance. That's the most powerful ability of the force. When you don't know which corridor leads towards your captured teammates you simply listen. The force won't tell you which way they are, but you feel good about certain directions and that success lies down that way. Mind you, one might think it'd take you to your comrades so you can free them... only to discover that you're instead being led to a power junction you need to disable because your friends have already freed themselves and are about to be recaptured without a good distraction.
