Sure, it's a large underground facility running underneath a fairly wealthy and influential part of town. It's run by one of the council of the righteous (I forget who, honestly), and its purpose is to systematically attempt to find a cure for feralism through magic. Ferals as well as potentially feral daeva are captured and experimented on, and where possible bred to minimize the number of "free roaming" daeva who have to be experimented on. It's a very dispassionate, scientific endeavor, and the prevaling belief is sacrificing a few dozen or hundred daeva to find a cure is better than letting it wipe out the entire race. That being said, they don't want to be wasteful which is why they try to get as much use out of their experiments as possible.

We haven't explored the whole facility, but it contains long underground tunnels, holding rooms where magical sigils keep the daeva asleep and healed in between experiments, breeding rooms where captive davea are forced to reproduce to create a new generation of "caged" daeva to experiment on, and various chambers where they conduct their magical experiments.
