The vampire seemed genuinely concerned about the welfare of the homeless here. Her voice seemed naturally worried as she asked if he was okay. He shook his head, "N-no" he said, "I'm alright" he was sure now, that the woman was a vampire. "sorry" he said, moving to sit down at a table. He would wait here until the shelter closed, or she finished up. It puzzled him why a vampire would work here. He couldn't actually imagine that the blood from these humans would be nice. He wrinkled his nose up at that thought, and ran a hand through his hair He shivered, and glanced at the vampire again. Something just didn't seem right here. He needed to figure out what. He frowned, and sipped at a class of water, pondering this. He touched the stake in his jacket, and the felt the cool knife along the skin of his leg where it was strapped there. He was ready, but...it just seemed to strange. Eventually he rose, and returned to the line, if only to get a closer look at the vampire. He grabbed another tray, and went to get some food.
