BTW, interesting fact: placing more distance between you and a gunner wont neccesarily result in easier dodging. Of course, the time given for you to move is directly proportional to distance, but so is the advatage of the angular movement. If we consider the bullet's trajectory a type 3 lever, then we get a clear advatage in aiming speed, which may as well even out the distance disadvantage for the shooter. Of course, this also means that at close range, movement in the horizontal plane is more likely to disorientate a gunsliner, but then, the dodger will have to deal with the increased amount of bullets that reach him in a given amount of time.
