“You talk funny. Are you some sort of…captian, miss –euhm- Cortez?” she asked, but shouting ‘Cortez’ nearly as she figured out her name. Or last name. She wasn’t sure. Never the less she was nearly bursting with excitement. Well, she was always bursting with energy. But now more than ever because she was at Athalia. David just laughed at Cortez. “Hi, Jeanne.” He managed to say. Then Cortez mentioned going to class. “Oh crap! I think I missed history, haven’t I? Well, I think we better join you then.” He said, while Aya looked at him with her smile as usual. “Don’t make your mom hear you missed a class.” She simply said. Cortez grinned. "Aye! Meleads the Screamin' Pearl! We're just a group a' pirates wantin' to explore and get treasures. O'course, we sometimes get into lil' skirmishes with m' pa's rivals." She was happy to find that David remembered her. He was a particularly nice person, from what she could tell. Nice people were always good to lean against for support, though leaning a little too much meant problems in more than one way. The pirate captain simply gave David a toothy grin, giving him a quick thumbs-up. They then mentioned history class, and how they should not miss it out. She was glad that at least some people she knew of were worried about classes! The pirate captain personally did not want to be the only one to worry about them. At least she knew where the classes were located at. Other than those places, she had no clue as to how Athalia Academy was built. "Methinks that'll be a good idea!" She said. "Some company would keep me happy, after all, aye! This captain shall lead the way!"
