It's the year 4000, scientists have created a new kind of technology called "Techno-armor" or "neo-armor" This neo-armors look like human, they even have their own personalities like humans, but they can change their form into weapons and armors used for battle. Neo-armors give the user a great power but not anyone can use them, only those the neo-armors feel "compatibility" with can.

There was a huge explosion in the neo-armor facilities in France, most of the neo-armors escaped, some joined terrorists giving them a a great power. The U.N formed a special organization called "Neo-police", their job is to collect neo-armors and use the to fight the "Neo-terrosrists". Some other neo-armors have decided to stay with citizens and be neutral
