Rosina called out to everyone going their seperate ways. "Meet up at the Pokemon Center guys!" Eager to train a bit more, she dashed off to said Center im Pewter City and got Cottonee and Azurill healed up. Once that was done, she headed back to the end of route two that she had gone through after the forest. 

"Okay Azul, Cottonee, time to train!" she said tossing both pokeballs to release the two pokemon. Azurill looked eager and Cottonee looked rather upset to be around Rosina. With a frown she asked "Whats wrong Cottonee?"

"Cott...tonnneee." he said as if complaining. Then he had started floating back towards the forest where she caught him.

"Cottonee wait! Dont go!" she said chasing him and he turned and hit her with an energy ball. Falling back with a shriek, the force of the attack made her fall and scrape her left arm, the skin had peeled only a little, nothing terrible, but it stung like hell. Azurill came to her aide while the Cottonee continued to drift away. 

Standing up again, she ran up to him and tackle hugged him, trapping the pokemon in her arms.

"Please dont go... i'll be a great friend. I promise. Just give me a chance. ....i dont want to lose any more pokemon." she said sadly. After a moment, the Cottonee relaxed in her arms and she let go. "Will you stay?" she asked.

"Cott tonee!" it said eagerly.

With a bright smile she said. "Great! Now lets get to know each other and train. What do ya say?"

"Cottonee!"

Azul hopped over with a frozen pile of leaves. He had used ice beam to make something for Rosina's arm. With a smile she said "Thanks Azul. Now, lets start. Use ice beam on Cottonee, and Cottonee dodge then use toxic!"

As the two sparred, she watched them, learning Cottonee's moveset and thinking about how to best use them in battle. They trained for hours, Rosina inevitably losing track of time.
