I've done a bit of digging, and it seems there is no confirmation nor denial of Lycanthropy affecting that aging of the infected. I am hoping it will be alright for me to take a bit of creative working laws of annoyance here to have a rather aged character...... I've got two scenarios of a background set up in either case....
