Rosina could tell when Azurill and Cottonee had enough training. Azurill had learned a new move in replace of water gun. It was bubblebeam. It was really effective even against Cottonee. When Azurill had used it, Cottonee had literally been stunned by it. She had also memorized Cottonee's moveset and was eager to use them on Pewters gym leader. 

Assuming the gym was not 24 hours, she quickly made her way to the pokemon center and then the gym. The first trainer stopped her nearly as soon as she walked in.

"Hey, you! As if i'd let Brock waste his time on you. I'll make sure you never reach him!"

With nothing to say as a retort, she simply prepared herself for battle.
