Powers: Telekinesis (very strong), Telepathic seizure (ability to seize another being's mind and take control of what they see and hear. Basically forced hallucinations. Includes communication through thoughts. The voice used in the thoughts can be changed), and enhanced reflexes. 

Personality: Intelligent, Venegenceful, Cold. Those words would be used by many to describe the boy. He often is seen sitting in the back of his cell, listening and watching all that go by. His cold blue eyes sizing up all possible threats. Any attempts to speak to the boy are met with a short, cold reply. Unless from other captives. Hee always had that intelligent glint and it is seen in how he talks. Then his constant telepathic taunts on the staff soak of his revenge. But those that would get to know him would discover that he is selfless, compassionate, and secretly searching for an end to his loneliness. 

Bio: Jason is a special case in the facility, as he had no parents. He was created in a test tube using genius from a super and a lab technician who had died two weeks earlier. He only knows about the outside world from accounts by the other captives that he has met. He hates all lab technician and anybody that works there, for his treatment and the fact that he even exists. This boy is dangerous and he knows it. He is simply bidding his younger. Waiting to strike out at those who oppose him
