Lion Lion looked up at Kathy as she stopped and leant against the wall, he flicked his tail and nodded his head once, moving closer to her as she slid down the wall looking as concerned as a lion could, stress lines appeared at the edge of his eyes as he moved close to Kathy and sat beside her. A low purr vibrated through his chest as she gently combed her fingers through his mane, the stress disappearing from his face once he’d convinced himself she was just resting and wasn’t ill in any way...he snuffled her hair just to be sure before he listened to her next question. His nose wrinkling as he tried to decipher exactly what she was asking him, a mixed grumble rumbled free of his throat as he voiced his silent opinion, he tilted his head to the side as she laughed blue eyes curious as to her behavior. Lion purred in response to her next answer, frustration apparent in his face as his ears flicked out to the side of his head and his jowls drooped. His ears pricked however as she got back to her feet, he quickly brushed his head against Kathy’s leg in an affectionate rub unfortunately probably leaving her with a smudge of white hair before he trotted forward nose close to the ground he kept by her side, occasionally releasing a rumbling purr to catch her attention and lead her down another corridor he was making his way to the garden slowly. Little Feather Little Feather huffed to herself and pulled her knees into her chest, her eyes watching the fish in the pond swim around happily. She wasn’t particularly feeling their joy at the moment, her previous confidence had abandoned her...she had passed Kenshi back his piece of paper but he had been silent, so she had thought it best to leave him. And before that she’d rudely interrupted a group of students sat in the garden, luckily no-one paid her much mind so she was able to slip away. Of course it now meant she was sat here...on her own. A concept she had not had to face for a long time, she hadn’t been alone since...She shook her head forcing herself to push the memory to the back of her mind. Steely resolve crossed her expression as she lifted her head high, she would not sit here and reminisce like this she had better things to do. There were friends to be made and a lion to find...Still... She dropped her chin back onto her knees returning her gaze to the calm waters, she wasn’t sure she had it in her to try to talk to anyone again. She blinked in surprise as a flash of white flickered across the pond, instantly looking up she almost rolled backwards as she watched a winged figure dart around the garden happily. A sense of longing filled Little Feather as she watched, amazement apparent in her face as she watched the mysterious girl spin round like a pro a small smile crossed Little Feather’s lips. She felt her negative mood retreat away and happiness replace it, she crossed her legs and returned her attention to the pond her mind whisking up a plan of action. Crash Crash wandered down the hallways completely preoccupied with his own thoughts, his hands were dug deep in his pockets and his expression was screwed up into a frown. He was getting fed up of thinking so much, it wasn’t him anymore this thinking malarkey...he sighed audibly pressing a hand to his head; his confusion was giving him a headache. He lifted his eyes from the floor to see where he was, an eyebrow rising questioningly as he ground to a halt. He had no idea where he was which wasn’t a surprise really he struggled to remember his own room number...room? His eyes grew wide and he patted his pockets down hastily, cursing under his breath and booting a nearby bin with his foot when he remembered he’d left his I.D card in his room. The bin had been a lot harder than he had expected, which made him curse again and hop on the spot clutching his throbbing foot, an uncharacteristically grumpy expression on his face. Five minutes later he was stood at the bottom of the dorm building, in a puff of purple smoke he leapt into the air shifting into a bald eagle with a shriek he flapped his wings hard and propelled himself through the air, when he was on the right level he shifted into a little red hummingbird and darted close to the windows turning side on so he could see inside the patio doors he went along until he recognized his own room...he’d left his window open thankfully. Dropping onto the balcony he shifted again into a bright red tree frog hopping his way up the window and flopping through it, causing an almighty crash as he put his foot in his bin and sent himself tumbling to the floor pulling his bookcase down with him. He pushed the bookcase off of him groaning as he felt a sharp pain in his side when he moved...just a bruise Kiwi wouldn’t need to know about that. He flopped back onto the floor arms out to the side not bothering to pick up any of his books he laid there and looked up at the ceiling with a drawn out sigh. “I really wish you were here...” He murmured.
