aww man that sucks really bad. that happens in Chicago every day.... but really, no city is perfect and free from people who hurt others cuz its fun.

i would usually think tourists would steer clear of the "bad parts" of Chicago, then again i guess anything could happen.

but yeah, we can add that to the list of how not to have fun.
