Hyuuga can be pervert it is proven in Naruto movie, Road to Ninja.

To me personally, I'm okay with normal sharingan but the likes of Mangekyou, Eternal Mangekyou, Rinnegan, Sharinnegan(Spoiler, Sasuke's eye) is overkill and overboard.

Part 1 Naruto in terms of sharingan was good minus the whole Izanagi and Izanami and Itachi.

Besides, Kishi gets his ideas from Hunter x Hunter, Sharingan is basically Kurapika's Scarlet Eyes/Emperor Time and Kurapika is better than Sasuke.

I recommend Hunterx Hunter to you Daze unless you already know.
