the man clasps the cuffs on the man in green's wrist midpunch, stopping it effectively and looking rather bored with the entire display no matter how theatrical. the cuffs seem to drain on any mystical energies the man in green has as I slip his other wrist into the cuff with a single deft movement, kicking his legs out from under him, and saying in an even tone "are you quite done?"
