find that her father was passed out in his recliner. She didn’t know where her mother was and so the neko girl quietly stepped inside and gently closed the door behind her. She carefully made her up the stairs and into her room. Once there she closed her door and sighed, flopping down onto her bed. However, before she could relax there was a bang from downstairs and her mother soon threw her door open. Lydia cowered back as the women stomped over to her and cracked her hand across her face. “I can smell it on you!” She screamed, tail lashing in fury. Lydia touched her now red cheek. “S-Smell w-what?” Her mother slapped her again. “Don’t pretend you don’t know! The vampire! I can smell his scent all over you!” The women then proceeded to drag the tiny girl off her bed and throw her to the floor where she began kicking her. Lydia whimpered, curling up into a tiny ball. There was a slight cracking sound and Lydia cried out in pain as a well-placed kick broke a rib or too. The women didn’t stop there though; she continued to kick the girl no matter how much she cried and begged her to stop.
