Doing some rough estimates it turns out Alinor, I.E the Thalmor would have terribly few forces in terms of a standing army. (it was very hard to get the numbers due to how little is known about Summerset Isles)

At best they would have something along the lines of 25,515 soldiers, and that's not taking into account the loses they suffered during the last war, and how slow elves are at replacing losses. 

Few people would not be able to crush Alinor, atm. :k
