usually for the Propagation aspect to have effect they need to be surrounded/infused or such with Cloud flames. Which typically requires they be made out of special materials of some kind, as in being a Box Weapon. Unless they're specially made I don't think most Box Weapons can use multiple types of flames (effecting/using other people's weapons is part of what makes Sky Flames special), and Cyril's chakrams probably wouldn't be Cloud-type Box Weapons.
