She lets out a yelp, and even before the blood can reach her eyes or orifices, Nathan is on the vampire. Moving at speeds faster than the human mind can see, he grabs Mithias and throws him away from the girl, with enough force to rip the tongue out of his mouth. Nathan then quickly starts to try to use his one hand, clad in a gauntlet, to touch the blood.
