She glanced back with a "Right?" look when he mentioned her not being the only one with colored eyes. "That's what I said, but as soon as there was a bounty over Fractions in the community, everyone in our county assumed I was one just because of my eyes, it was just ironic." She laughed, but she understood what it was like to have jealous sisters and brothers, except when she was pulled out of her own mercilessly and dragged to this place. "It used to bug me but now, I embrace them." She winked both eyes playfully. "You know, you're pretty easy to talk to." She sat up and looked at her wounds that hadn't bled through as badly as before. Only small blotches here and there across her chest and down her arms a bit. She sighed heavily and stood herself out of the bed, deciding not to look her wounds again she stretched her body and decided she wasn't going to wake Alex up. She quietly put on clothes that would cover her entire chest and arms, but you could still see the bulky bandages from her sweater. She had to get out of the room, and the last thing she wanted was to worry Alex. She would only go get something to eat, and let the poor man rest for once.
