Lily She let out a small puff of air, giving up, a small smile on her face. She walked into the room, walking closer to Matt. "I'm glad. I was really worried there for a minute. Farrow's still cooking you up some grub. Thought I'd come check up on you, see how you're doing." She explained, walking over and sitting down on the bed. "So, past lives then, eh? Must be interesting, knowing what it's like to die and be reborn. But, you said you don't remember, eh?" She asked, looking up at him. She held a sad smile on her face, her eyes pale and tired. She felt old... She felt tired. But she couldn't sleep. She'd been like that for while now. Unable to sleep. The doctor had told her insomnia and gave her medicine to take. She'd thrown it away, not wanting to have anything to do with it. She didn't want to sleep. The nightmares were too real. She looked down at her hands. "So, tell me. What happened while you were gone? I haven't seen you in so long." She began, feeling much akin to a chicken laying it's head out on the chopping block. She felt guilty for not going in search of him. She just had... her own problems to deal with. But then again, were they really problems? She felt like she did more complaining than needed. She needed to calm down and just live. Easy enough in words, harder in practice.
