Escalating effect. Hahah. Where I started RPing, if a few people came in with something stronger than the norm, then more and more people who come in with stuff to compensate to that level.

For instance, when I started, the strongest things on the boards were angels. By the time I left there, you had people manipulating Existence, Paradii, Space, Time, blahblahblah
