Her ship now certainly unsuited for flight there was little she could do with it for the moment except extract a few needed supplies and of course her custom designed and enhanced scouter. "You have served me well these past years, perhaps some day I can get you repaired. For now there are much more important things to do." Glacier gave one last look at the rather trashed machine before she started to fly through the air. Now that she was no longer trying to save the ship she was able to procure a good look at her surroundings. It appeared she had crash landed in a rather remote section of the planet, which overall was probably a good thing as there would be few witnesses to her arrival. The area seemed forested and a bit mountainous, of course this presented little problem to an ice-jin to whom flight was second nature. She activated her teal-tinted scouter and started to scan the horizon for collections of power signatures that would indicate life. It was fairly easy to figure out that the largest clusters of power levels, quite small most of those numbers, indicated cities and towns on the planet. Power level based native lifeforms of the unintelligent variety tended to only have small colonies so the smaller clusters were to be ignored. Now what was of interest were a few power levels of decent size; however the signal for them was rather garbled and so would only flick on the scouter occasionally. The question was where to start her search, the cities would most likely have more medical technology which could lead to a scientific cure for her condition; however she would have to be careful to not create a panic in a city. The other good potential was to search for the higher power levels that she could catch glimpses of on occasion and hope those beings might have an answer to her problem, be it through training or some technique. Frankly either option had a low change of success, plus finding the higher power levels could prove difficult in the first place and going to the city could cause a mass panic. "Neither option is very favorable, but perhaps it is best to avoid major population zones for now." Glacier reasoned to herself and started to head in the direct of the fluxuations. It would take a while to locate the sources but hopefully her timetable was not too short. There was still time and she intended to use as much of it as possible toward her eventual goal.
