I would say he often travels, but he also has a nice office in a big office building. I have this picture of it in my head that I'd like to use :P This is where your guy would report to first. 

I use character sheets, and disapprove of using actual images drawn or taken by or of other people on moral grounds, so my CS has a section for physical description and the like. If you want I can post a blank one here if you'd like to use it, or if you have your own feel free to use it.
