Yuuko starts off with 30k yen (30 k yen is about 300$). She is a working adult. 

Spooky will start off with that much as well, since he is also a working adult. 

Tim...I am not sure yet. (i have a feeling like he should be a year or so older. It would make his current lifestyle more plausible)

Ryutaro and Sasha...can start off with about 5k yen. They are still living with parents and probably get allowances or whatever.
