Crystal inhaled sharply wincing as the bitter cold air hit her lungs hard with such a large rapid intake of the air stinging her lungs and throat.She lifted an arm over her eyes as her arms were released from the restraints that held her in place her head and leg restrains following just after.The door to her pod was a small bit cracked unlocked,she had studied a good deal on cyrosleep and possible medical issues being a combat and general medic she had to know about it.

She grabbed the door and pushed it open slowly a hiss and steam coming from the pod followed as the woman stepped from her pod with the same reaction as her first awakening squad mate feeling as if thousands of needles had hit her all over her body at once.She showed no signs of this discomfort in only her undergarments as well she walked over grabbing one of the thermal suits pulling it onto her body looking at her first awakening friend "how's your body feel?" She was meanwhile opening and closing her hands slowly, gaining total muscle control back.She was flexing each muscle group in turn, groaning in relief as they stretch from being so still and stiff for the long duration she knew passed.With her own body seeming fine but a little sore she turned her attention to her squad mates,wanting to make sure each of them could move properly as there was many risks to cyrosleep.

She turned her head to Jean while she awaited the others to emerge "good to be up huh?" She smiled a bit and kept stretching messing with her short brunette hair smelling herself "damn I need a shower for sure" she turned her nose away from herself usually wasn't prissy or girly about showering it had been 6 years sense her last one,so she thought she had a valid excuse.She was by her locker and opened it checking her gear laying it out on the floor a inspecting each item in turn pulling her armor out she smiled at the heavy armor setting it on a bench lifting it with little difficult a testimate to her strength.She opened the rounded metal med-pack that was on her armor back,looking to make sure all her items were in place nodding in satisfaction she closed it locking it down.She got into her armor and shifted around in it leaving her helmet off,she slowly pulled the gear on each piece clicking together and locking in place.
