Both are too familiar!

And I am seeing a Obe piece ability here or am I mistaken? No offense thou! But I also think such an ability would be S Level.....you can simple dismember a person or switch his heart.... I am no Gm here so it's not my job to judge but I still find it extremely powerfull and unbalanced~
