Im afraid I must say no, all dragon, god, and devil, slayer magic and the like has been sealed so that it cannot be used anymore. However, lightning magic can still be used in other forms.

Good bio Gravislayer, your in (unless the Midget has something to say). And just so you know, Phoenix Wing is not the [i]only[/i] guild in Fiore nor is it the biggest, even so, guilds are still sort of frowned upon and not talked about all that often.
