A small smile spread across the face of the Saeva Simius as the Outsider stepped forwards and began to speak

Military, industrial, political and ideological. I needn't see through the eyes of the Equestrians, I already know about them. And from my knowledge, I finally understand why they don't believe in evolution." There was a raucous laugh from the Saeva Simius
"I affirm!" He declared, and the outsider turned to the Unicorn before speaking
"Perhaps you should consider everything you've done, you hypocrisy, your arrogance and your general disregard for anyone who isn't an Equestrian. Your, ha, 'democratic and free' pact. You mean the pact you dominate, and stomp into the grounds the interests of entire species for the interests of the elite of your society. And for what? Certainly not in support of your religion, I missed the part where any of your 'holy' articles described domination and blatant lies to the face of the galactic community. Certainly not to help them, it seems you take, take, take and aren't so big on the giving part. The Outsider lowered his head to the floor and slammed his hand to his chest in a salute "Hail, being, who has the boldness to call themselves 'Supremes', just as the Aetherii named themselves after the heavens of the lower species. At first we thought it but a title" He paused for a full ten seconds before raising his head again and lowering his arm "Your biology suggests such a unique structure, you are a fascinating specimen. But I cannot agree with your proposal, no matter your experience. Space to Terra weaponry has always been important in deciding battles, as is fighting in the air. Soldiers on foot, running along the ground cannot perform the same tasks air units can, just as air units cannot perform the tasks of foot soldiers. They were made for a purpose and it would be regressive to ignore them. If anything, civilian casualties would be higher as there is an increased number of land forces, clogging the paths for civilians."
