(It's going to be another 90 minutes before I can post, so I'll edit this with Ben, Anthony, and John's performance later.) Ben grins, [i]"If there's one good thing that years of wall crawling does for ya, it's giving you great stamina!"[/i] He hops on the treadmill and using a nice, long stride, he jogs for about an hour before deciding to call it quits. After a series of quick, mostly useless, stretches, Ben approaches the weight bench warily. While his enhanced strength had begun to develop, it was still merely a fraction of his father's strength. He decides to try and not overdo it. After a few moments' deliberation, he puts 500 pounds and pumps out 40 reps, working up quite a sweat. He returns to the treadmill for the 30 minute jog, then signs out of the classroom, and heads for the history class. [i]"I hope. what's her name? Aver'i? I hope she's at the history class. I can't even begin to imagine how boring it will be."[/i] Anthony frowns. "Well won't this be fun?" He halfheartedly jogs for 30 minutes, then walks to the weight bench. Knowing his physical limitations, Anthony puts 125 pounds on the bar and struggles through the forty reps. He finishes the test, drenched in sweat, and begins to leave the gym, but is stopped by the bulking form of Johnathon Brock. John raises an eyebrow and says, "Hey there pretty boy. I noticed that you were struggling quite a bit back there. If you want, I could train you some. You're already considered a jerk by most of the other new kids. Why not try and fit in with the jocks?" Anthony laughs and says, "I accept the offer for personal training, but I don't need to hang out with the so called 'jocks'. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go to my next class." Dr. McCoy smiles and says, "Great job everyone. There's a paper by the exit. Please write how long you ran the first time, and how much weight you lifted. I'll see you all tomorrow."
