Now outside, Michael listened to Abe speak about their new objective. The Labyrinth huh? This was something he had heard about, a vast, expansive maze that would lead anyone to their death. Also guarded by the Minotaur, and probably by a slew of more monsters....

And... they were supposed to trek through that?!

"If I'm not mistaken, this place has a knack for getting people lost and dead. Do you maybe have that magical ball of yarn that's often part of the story of this thing?"

Sobek was silent, which was odd. Normally he'd probably be commenting on the great challenges that wpuld await them, but now... he seemed to be cringing.....

"Sobek?" Michael asked mentally. 

*That driver.... its Master.... The Ancient Power above all others...*

Michael couldn't believe it. Was Sobek actually concerned?!
