Ill get right to it, you know the drill.
1. Passive magic is not really a thing that exists in Fiore (as far as I can remember) but this isnt cannon and so ill allow it; I has no reason not to exist anyways.
2. just an odd thought, the magic reminds me of this: [url=http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Muscle_Speak] muscle speak[/url] not that it is anything like that though
