As Peter leapt up the stairs, skipped quite a few, her eyes went wide, whatever had happened to Peter was a good thing, he brought his confidence up, increased his abilities and just seem to make him a happier person when he embraced the happiness of the situation. The extra confidence was exciting to see in a friend and a very attractive feature to find in a boyfriend. Leaning up against the door she let out a small sigh, she had liked him for so long but didn’t really know how to approach it with how long they had been friends. Sometimes a girl will accidently put the guy in the ‘friend-zone’ category and while she might have done that to Peter before, she never ever wanted ot. So the fact that they were now officially dating was not only exciting for him but for her as well. The kiss at the door was simple but still heart pounding at the same time. The butterflies in her stomach was not just from nervousness of the travel but excitement of everything that had just happened; finding out he was Spider-Man, her secret other crush, hearing his honest story of how it happened and the agreement to make themselves an item; a team she never wanted to break apart. As he opened the door she gave him a cheesy curtsey and stepped outside, slipping her hand into his as they walked, she laced in her fingers; a perfect fit. “I’m glad you did.” She said brightly to him when he informed her that he had grabbed his camera. There was no doubt in her mind that she would want a photo of this occasion. It was better than a photo of Spider-Man; a photo with her boyfriend who just so happens to be Spider-Man. Disappearing into an alleyway was a new one but she turned away, giving him his privacy as he did whatever he was going to do. Maybe she shouldn’t have been surprised when she turned around to see him in his Spider-Man outfit but she was; the bright smile said she was okay with it even though she gave a slightly shocked look when she turned. The familiar situation of taking his arm was nice; although this time he wasn’t pulling her from a burning building. A laugh left her as he called it Spider Airlines and slid into him, wrapping her arms around his waist. When he said he wouldn’t let her go she placed her hand gently against his chest over his heart, her blue eyes twinkled up at him as her lips curled into a gentle smile. “I trust you never would.” She said gently and ZOOM, they were off. The feeling of flying over New York City was incredible. The view was astounding; her eyes were wide, though she was afraid to open her mouth in case they happened to come across a group of bugs. People were putting upwards at them and some waving. She didn’t pay them any mind though; she was too busy enjoying the stunning travels. His building of choice was perfect, you could look directly at the news field on the TV and the massive amounts of tourists, locals and scalpers roaming around Time Square. The gentle breeze moved her hair around her as she wondered over to the edge and looked out upon the scene. Her eyes wide in shock before she finally turned around, hearing Peter’s voice not muffled by the mask. A large grin moved across her face as she looked back out upon the view. “This is incredible!” She said with a nod as she turned back around and walked towards him. “Now I understand why you don’t drive. If I could do that I’d never drive again.” Walking her way to him she slid her arms around his neck, a smile across her face. “I never realized how muscly you had gotten…” Her face turned a little pink; why was she still embarrassed around him! It was Peter, her Peter and yet she was still blushing, “Is… is it a bad thing that I find you just as attractive in your Spider-Man suite as I do when you’re in your street clothes?” she asked sheepishly as her gazed moved up to meet his soft brown eyes, against she bit gently down on her bottle lip. Why?! Why am I nervous!? Because it’s the relationship I’ve wanted for a long time, that’s why.
