“I meant what I said before,” Lexi said softly as she gazed up at her new man, the only man she ever truly wanted. “I meant it when I said Spider-Man deserved to have someone to talk to and lean on when he needed to and I stand by that; for Spider-Man and my Peter Parker.” Her hands traveled gently up into his hair, she had a thing for hair and his soft thick locks were always fun to play with. Heck there were even times when they were growing up together when he’d sit on the floor in front of her and humor her by letting her play with his hair. It was soft and fluffy, every girl truly had a thing for hair and she was no different; she just never pictured that the hair she always played with would ever be the hair of her boyfriend and hero, isn’t she a lucky one? She watched him shoot out the hammock with the webs and felt herself blush when he fell back into it, his flirtation seemed to be stronger when he was in the suite. Maybe it was a confidence booster for him but either way, she liked the flirtatious nature. She followed his lead and fell back into the web, it was the first time she had actually felt the stuff against her skin. “Your grades are always important.” She said with a twinkle in her eyes and a tongue in her cheek to indicate her playfulness. Her hands ran across the web, it wasn’t sticky or gooy like she would have imagined but firm. She couldn’t pinch it apart yet it was comfortable. Rolling onto her side, she took his hand up and examined the device on his wrist before looking into his soft brown eyes. “Did you really make all this? What’s the web made out of?”
