Pretty much this. It's the same deal with having a pichu that starts out with the move Volt Tackle. Can it learn it? Yeah, but...
just how unfair is it to everyone else that they all started out with the 'Dingy Wooden Sword (+1 attack)' whereas you'd start off with a 'Shiny Diamond Sword (+9 attack)'...
so... come up with a weaker void-type move... which reminds me, Kabling, would you mind adding the move Void Whip (power: 70, accuracy: 100, type: Void/Physical) to my character, and possibly deal with the levels?
